Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers adequate rooms for the price with decent heating in a standard room. The personnel in the restaurant seemed unwelcoming, making the dining experience a bit unpleasant. It's not spacious, but considering the value for money at €100, it's acceptable.
The hotel offers amazing new rooms with great design and high-quality facilities and is just a short 1-minute walk to the Baltica spa. However, the rooms were a bit too dark and the internet speed was low. The sauna was not working, and the breakfast meals were situated in different locations, requiring multiple trips to gather food.
The hotel is located not too far from Haken terrace and the old town, offering spacious rooms but with some issues like dim lighting, slow internet, non-functioning sauna, and scattered breakfast locations that require multiple walks. Despite the downsides, the rooms are okay, and breakfast is satisfactory.
The hotel rooms were great for a short stay but a little dark and cold, and the breakfast setup was inconvenient, hardly meeting 3-star standards. The service was helpful but could use more smiles from staff. The location was good but not exceptional for a Radisson. The dining offered a good selection in a generous buffet but lacked variety. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs.
The hotel is conveniently located close to 2 shopping malls and within walking distance to main tourist attractions in Szczecin. The rooms are spacious and clean, albeit could have been cleaned better. The service was polite and professional, although some tipping expectations were felt. The location is ideal for shopping or business in Szczecin with good parking facilities.
My stay at the hotel was such a mixed experience! The rooms were extremely clean and the breakfast was so nice, which made for a comfy stay. However, the decor was quite outdated and not very appealing.
